La journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9e en 2004, en faveur des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et handicap\u00e9es. Elle consiste en une journ\u00e9e de travail non r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e, en contrepartie de laquelle l\u2019employeur verse une contribution \u00e0 la caisse nationale de solidarit\u00e9 pour l\u2019autonomie.<\/p>\n
La journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 est de sept heures pour un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 temps complet. Cette dur\u00e9e est r\u00e9duite proportionnellement au temps de travail d\u2019un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n
Dans les entreprises priv\u00e9es, cette journ\u00e9e est fix\u00e9e par un accord d\u2019entreprise ou par un accord de branche. Il peut s\u2019agir d\u2019un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 autre que le 1er<\/sup> mai, d\u2019un jour de RTT ou de tout autre jour habituellement non travaill\u00e9, sauf le dimanche. En aucun cas la journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en utilisant un jour de cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 l\u00e9gal ou un jour de repos compensateur obligatoire. A d\u00e9faut d\u2019accord cette journ\u00e9e est fix\u00e9e au lundi de pentec\u00f4te.<\/p>\n
La journ\u00e9e peut \u00eatre fractionn\u00e9e et scind\u00e9e en sept heures de travail suppl\u00e9mentaires par an.<\/p>\n
Les heures effectu\u00e9es dans le cadre de la journ\u00e9e de solidarit\u00e9 ne constituent pas des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, ne donnent pas droit au repos compensateur et ne s\u2019imputent pas sur le contingent annuel.<\/p>\n
