\"CHSCT<\/a>Toute entreprise qui emploie au moins 50 salari\u00e9s<\/strong> doit installer un comit\u00e9 d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des conditions de travail (CHSCT). Cette obligation concerne autant les entreprises industrielles, commerciales et agricoles que les offices publics ou minist\u00e9riels, les syndicats et associations. Sont aussi vis\u00e9s les \u00e9tablissements publics \u00e0 caract\u00e8re industriel ou commercial\u00a0 et les \u00e9tablissements hospitaliers.<\/p>\n

Le CHSCT contribue \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des salari\u00e9s. Il assure la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travailleurs et veille \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de travail. Il contr\u00f4le \u00e9galement le respect de la loi et des r\u00e8glements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le CHSCT est compos\u00e9 du chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement ou de son repr\u00e9sentant ainsi que d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel d\u00e9sign\u00e9e pour deux ans, par les membres du comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise et les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel.<\/p>\n

Le nombre de repr\u00e9sentants varie en fonction de l\u2019effectif de l\u2019entreprise. Par exemple, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel peut comprendre 3 salari\u00e9s pour les entreprises qui emploient entre 50 et 199 personnes ou, 9 salari\u00e9s pour les entreprises dont l\u2019effectif d\u00e9passe 1500 personnes.<\/p>\n

La mise en place du CHSCT n\u2019est pas obligatoire dans les \u00e9tablissements de moins de 50 salari\u00e9s. Ce sont alors les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel qui doivent remplir les missions du CHSCT. Cependant, l\u2019inspecteur du travail peut en imposer la cr\u00e9ation si cela lui para\u00eet n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
