\"visite<\/a>Parce que la surveillance m\u00e9dicale des salari\u00e9s est essentielle, la loi impose \u00e0 chaque entreprise de mettre en place un service de sant\u00e9 au travail. Ce service est assur\u00e9 par un ou plusieurs m\u00e9decins en fonction de l\u2019effectif de l\u2019entreprise. Ces m\u00e9decins du travail contr\u00f4lent l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne du travail, les risques de contagion et l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s. Pour cela, les salari\u00e9s sont tenus de se rendre \u00e0 des visites m\u00e9dicales obligatoires<\/strong> dont la visite m\u00e9dicale d\u2019embauche.<\/p>\n

Celle ci doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e avant l\u2019embauche<\/strong> du salari\u00e9 ou au plus tard avant l\u2019expiration<\/strong> de sa p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai<\/strong>. \u00a0N\u00e9anmoins, elle \u00a0doit obligatoirement avoir lieu avant l\u2019embauche pour les cat\u00e9gories de personnel \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 risque\u00a0\u00bb . Il s\u2019agit par exemple des femmes enceintes, des jeunes ou encore des personnes handicap\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

En revanche, la visite m\u00e9dicale d\u2019embauche n\u2019est pas obligatoire pour les salari\u00e9s qui changent d\u2019entreprise moins de six mois apr\u00e8s une visite ant\u00e9rieure. Pour cela, il faut que le salari\u00e9 occupe un emploi identique au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, n\u2019ait aucune inaptitude reconnue lors du dernier examen et que le m\u00e9decin poss\u00e8de sa fiche d\u2019aptitude.<\/p>\n

A la suite de cette visite, une fiche d\u2019aptitude est remise, par le m\u00e9decin du travail au salari\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019employeur. Le m\u00e9decin du travail, soumis au secret professionnel , ne peut divulguer dans son compte rendu les raisons m\u00e9dicales des contres indications \u00e0 l\u2019emploi propos\u00e9.<\/p>\n
