Contrat de travail non valable<\/h2>
Le contrat de travail \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e (CDI) est un contrat de travail conclu pour une p\u00e9riode longue et dont le terme n'est pas d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avance. Il est selon le Code du travail la forme classique et par d\u00e9faut du contrat de travail. Les contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et temporaire ne constituent que des formes d\u00e9rogatoires. Des conditions de validit\u00e9 du CDI sont impos\u00e9es pour que le contrat de travail soit valable. Ce sont des conditions tant de forme que de fond.<\/div>
