Les employeurs doivent r\u00e9duire le bruit au niveau le plus bas raisonnablement possible compte tenu de l’\u00e9tat des techniques.L’exposition au bruit doit demeurer compatible avec la sant\u00e9 des travailleurs, notamment la protection de l’ou\u00efe.<\/p>\n

L’employeur est tenu d’\u00e9valuer et, si n\u00e9cessaire, de mesurer les niveaux de bruit auxquels les travailleurs sont expos\u00e9s, la valeur limite d’exposition quotidienne ne pouvant d\u00e9passer 87 dB (ou des pointes de 140 dB).<\/p>\n

Cette \u00e9valuation doit se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter p\u00e9riodiquement, au moins tous les cinq ans. Elle est contenue dans un document soumis pour avis au comit\u00e9 d’hygi\u00e8ne, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des conditions de travail (CHSCT) ou aux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel ainsi qu’au m\u00e9decin du travail. Les r\u00e9sultats du mesurage sont \u00e0 la disposition de l’inspecteur du travail, des repr\u00e9sentants du personnel, du m\u00e9decin du travail et des travailleurs expos\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
