Le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de l'entreprise est un document \u00e9crit par lequel l'employeur fixe les r\u00e8gles de discipline au travail, ainsi que les mesures d\u2019application de la r\u00e9glementation en mati\u00e8re d'hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l'entreprise ou dans l'\u00e9tablissement. Il est obligatoires dans les entreprises o\u00f9 sont employ\u00e9s habituellement au moins 20 salari\u00e9s (\u00e9tablissements des employeurs de droit priv\u00e9 mais aussi \u00e9tablissements publics \u00e0 caract\u00e8re industriel et commercial). Le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur s'impose \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s de l'entreprise quelle que soit la date d'embauche, leur consentement personnel n'est pas requis.<\/div>
