Tout travailleur salari\u00e9 a droit \u00e0 2,5 jours ouvrables de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s par mois de travail accompli au cours de la p\u00e9riode dite de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, dans la limite de 30 jours ouvrables (soit 5 semaines). En principe, la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence se situe entre le 1er juin de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et le 31 mai de l'ann\u00e9e en cours. Une p\u00e9riode diff\u00e9rente peut \u00eatre fix\u00e9e par les accords pr\u00e9voyant la r\u00e9partition de la dur\u00e9e du travail sur une p\u00e9riode sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la semaine, notamment les conventions collectives.<\/div>
